..I would separate grammar sessions for beginners and advanced members. For beginners, the session is in Bahasa Indonesia. Joining a conversation in English where all members speak fluently can be intimidating for beginners. So, give a room for members to ask basic-repeated-silly questions J

..I would ask every member to hold a session in ChitChat group. This will make all members feel their part. It can be as simple as asking questions or sending a short movie to discuss.

..I would have games every week! It can be TOEFL-like, hangman, fill the blanks, etc. It would be fun!
